I did the general checkup on Lord Don's, I meant Don's body. His aura increased way beyond what I expected before. He absorbed the banshee, which also meant that he consumed that poor banshee and left nothing out of her. That was a brilliant move. If... Don could redo that again with purpose. Not by accident like he did last time. So we went back to Sheen's catacomb, the cursed land.
On the journey, I was trying to make a conclusion of what our group had become. Don seemed to master the necromancy, steampunk machinery and had the cold element with him. Sheen's fighting skill and speed could only be matched by the high leveled assassin, with all that weapon inside her, perhaps ten high leveled assassins. And her element was fire, the way Don molded her with. I had random low leveled magic scrolls memorized and still much more I put in Lamma's bag. I was not into any element, but I can imbue items with any elements if I had the materials. The first thing we would do when we arrived at Sheen's burial ground was making a tent then we would take some rest first. But again... we already forgot that we were wanted for the murder of those Pure Blessers that Sheen slaughtered. That place was full of tents. Pure Blesser's tents. Two of the tents was built bigger, we believe that's where their leader would be. We left Lamma far enough from the encampment, then we sneaked to the tent to observe. Sheen had the most advanced observing system planted in her. She told us that they were all armed. There were also some hunting dogs with them. I had a funny idea, even though I was a Shaman, but had lived for almost decades with Lamma intrigued me to learn how the Rangers talk to animals. It was easy to do to small animals. And I considered dogs as small animals too. I made some voices, really really soft voice that human couldn't hear but dogs heard. The magic happened! All the dogs became uneasy and started to attack their owner. The encampment became chaos. Some of the Pure Blessers came out from their tent half naked, unready for such event. All of us tried our best not to laugh watching that chaos. The dogs finally ran away from the encampment to their freedom after wounded some of the Pure Blessers. Don asked me if that's normal if Pure Blessers were armed and also armored for war? Sheen answered Don, that Pure Blesser was just a disguise made by The Tyrant to hypnotize people and then converted them to be massive obedience soldiers. Sheen knew better. Don remembered Sheen's feeling when he summoned the Wyvern and some of Sheen's soul stuck in Don's head. He suddenly felt anger about how The Tyrant's soldiers tortured Sheen. His eyes turned bright blue. Too bright!!! The soldiers noticed us and were running to our hiding. We are doomed! I said... There are hundreds of them, against three, maybe four of us! I saw Don floated, like the Banshee he told me about. He simultaneously splashed many cold tentacle blades. Some soldiers knocked down, but many more of them kept coming closer. I built a Blessing Spear and planted it behind Don. That Spear would increase the amount of stamina Don had. Sheen rushed forward, like a typhoon, she left nothing on whatever she passed through. But Sheen was suddenly thrown back when she got near the big tent. Don yelled and told Sheen to take care of the soldiers. He found a bigger challenge... anyone who was in the tent. So Sheen raged against the soldiers, most of them could not get up for awhile. Back to Don... he was floating in front of the big tent when suddenly a big force hit him a few steps back. That was not the same ray that hit us in the forest. And absolutely that was not the same Don! Just a few steps back. That kid really made me proud. But, like I was not entertained enough, Don cast his necromancy spell and raised hundreds of buried Slum soldiers the together they charged the tent. I ran to Lamma and picked my entertainment bonfire, then I recorded everything happened on this land tonight. I will perform this at every event I'm invited as a performer. The big tent destroyed like a sand castle hit by a tsunami. Then came the next hit from the second big tent directly to Don. This time, it was more forceful. Direct hit! Don had been thrown out of balance to the air. He landed on his face hit the ground. All the Slum undead lost the chain of command then rumbled down back to ashes. Don whipped the tent with his cold attacks. Again and again. Too much effort. He was losing his stamina, so I ran and planted another Blessing Spear near him. Wrong move. The next force came from the tent hit me. I could feel some of my bones got displaced. Didn't matter, the Blessing Spear had been successfully planted. Sheen came to help, just to met the same destiny I had, she had been thrown away and lost some limbs. This made Don angrier.... and anger was his motivation so far. He raised his arm like he did in his first training here. Then came The Wyvern out of thin air! It was different from the last time I saw it. It was an undead wyvern covered with the cold shield. Don opened his left arm, repaired Sheen back into one piece, then he clapped his hand to fused Sheen and The Cold Shielded Wyvern. What I witnessed made me kneel and cried in joy, I never in my life saw something this great! Hundreds of dispelling spell launched from the tent. None could penetrate the cold shield Don made. I saw some of the Pure Blessers ran away in fear from the back of the tent, so I chased them. Scattered, they were nothing to my low-level Capturing spell. I let Lamma knocked them down afterward. A blue and red bright light like an explosion of energy told me that the fusion of cold and fire, Sheen and Wyvern had been completed. I can read Don's lips said,"Go!" Then that majestic fusion hurled to the tent made a big blast on impact and left nothing but a big crater at the place that tent was. I saw some Pure Blessers who were still conscious felt very grateful that they acted cowardly by leaving the tent. So, we had witnessed what was the result of Don's quick training on the mountain. I was intrigued, and ask him if I could call him Lord Don again. He smiled but then shook his head. |
